A restaurant group opened a new neighbourhood dining room and needed it ready within one season.
The design pairs warm timber with banquette seating and a full-height bar. Kitchen extraction, MEP and the Civil Defence approval ran in parallel with the interior works, and the restaurant opened in nine weeks.
